Judeline Salomon BN, MScN, PhD, RN
I am a doctorate degree registered nurse with additional credentials in psychology. I am a Designated Capacity Assessor trained by the Ministry of Attorney General of Ontario to conduct mental capacity assessments for finances and personal care. I issue certificates of incapacity for those found unable to make decisions for themselves.
I use nature to decrease stress and worry. I worked in most areas of nursing including labor and delivery; emergency, medical, surgical units caring for patients with various medical conditions. Mental Health became my area of speciality because I believe there is no true health without mental health.
I led various organizations in hospitals, academia, government and private sectors. I understand first hand how various work complexities affect mental health and how they lead to burn out.
Bringing Peace to the Body and Mind
My philosophy
Empathy is critical for a therapeutic relationship to succeed. Engaging with someone in their most vulnerable state of health or mental health is a privilege, not to be taken lightly.
- Dignity -You have the right to pave your journey and decide how far you wish to travel. You have untapped inner strength that helped you in the past, we all do but often forget. Let’s celebrate your strengths.
- Respect -Your experience is honored for what it is, without judgement, feel free to be you.
- Value -You are valued for who you are, just as you are. You decide what’s important to you.
Everyone has the right to achieve their full potentials, not everyone has the resources to get there on their own.
