I am a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist, Clinician, Author, Mentor and Coach. I spent over 30 years helping others achieve their various health and mental health goals. I combine healthcare knowledge with mental health expertise to practice holistic psychotherapy taking into account your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual life and their effects on your wellbeing.
